A New York State Law Amendment That Really Gives You the Chills

Something strange is really happening under the cloak of Covid, and things that belonged to sci-fi movies and conspiracy theories a year ago are unfortunately becoming reality today...

I'm afraid that all the humor really ends here and we could very soon reach the point of no return (if we're not there already).
In my opinion, supporters of government restrictions should read especially carefully how far state power, torn from its chain, can go...

How far can you go?

I am following with great concern the situation surrounding vaccination, Covid passports and the planned discrimination against the unvaccinated, which is escalating. I ask myself whether we really want to give in to the blackmail, which is politically correct to call "bonification" or "beneficiation" of vaccination, and give up the right to freedom and equality, for a disease whose mortality rate, according to available data, is 0,3 % (1). The speed with which everything is changing before our eyes is overwhelming, and if someone had told us a year ago how far we could go, few would have believed it. And it could be really bad, much worse than we can imagine. Currently, laws have already been adopted or are being adopted somewhere that are in complete contradiction with human rights as we have known them until now.

In one of the Australian states, Western Australia, an amendment to the Public Health Act 2016 was passed in September 2020, which, among other things, allows for the ordering of vaccinations and gives the police or other authorized person the right to a relevant person detain, secure him, transport him to the place where he is to receive the vaccination, use coercive measures to allow him to be vaccinated, and remove all his clothing, including underwear. The same applies to orders for examination, monitoring and treatment, for which involuntary detention and coercive measures may also be used, including the removal of all clothing, including underwear. (Section 158 Public Health Act 2016) (2)

Also very dangerous is the bill currently before the New York State Assembly in the USA. It is Bill A416 on the relocation of persons with infectious diseases, persons who have come into contact with infectious diseases, and carriers of infectious diseases who are potentially dangerous to public health. (3)

According to available reports, the governor of New York State (a member of the Democratic Party) is pushing for the expedited adoption of this proposal. (4)

This is an amendment to the Public Health Act that gives the governor or his designee the power to declare a state of emergency due to an epidemic of any infectious disease. the right to order the transfer of an individual or group of persons to detention facilities or their detention in detention facilities.
Persons or groups of persons who are infectious, are carriers of an infectious disease, or have come into contact with an infectious person may be detained if they are or may be dangerous to public health and could result in high morbidity or high mortality. However, even people who are only suspected of doing something like this can be detained., and all this by order of the Governor of New York State.

Detainees have the right to express their case at their own request only if they are ordered to be detained for less than 3 working days. If detained for more than 3 working days, detainees may request release, to which the Governor or his/her designee must respond and file an application for a court order authorizing the detention within 3 working days. They must also request expedited proceedings.

However, detention can last for months and is practically unlimited in time. The draft law stipulates that persons detained in this way may not be detained for longer than one month without a court order. 60 days. If a court order authorizing detention is issued, the Governor must request a review of such detention within 90 days after its issuance and thereafter within 90 days after each subsequent court review….

Detainees have the right to legal representation and, at their own request, will be provided with access to legal representation to the extent feasible under the circumstances.

The bill includes a provision that allows the Governor and his designees, in their sole discretion, to issue an order for examination, treatment, but also vaccination in the event of an infectious disease and enforce this order.

It is definitely worth mentioning §2 of this proposal, which stipulates that authorizes the addition, amendment, or repeal of any rule or regulation necessary to implement this Act, with immediate effect on the date of entry into force.

The above laws are proof of how far we can go. Let us not forget the experiences that Europe had in the last century with camps and abuse of healthcare.

Riding the wave of long-term fear, fueled by many media outlets, is at the very least a path to the economic liquidation of the country, or at worst, to ends I don't even want to imagine.

Let's think about whether, in a country where we experienced long years of lack of freedom, in a country where people were persecuted for being different, children could not study if their parents were uncomfortable for any reason, where people were silenced if they expressed a different opinion, we want to go down the path of restricting freedoms and dividing people into castes - vaccinated and unvaccinated, where a vaccination certificate will potentially be a pass to work, sports, but perhaps even education.

We know from historical experience how far dividing and labeling people can go. We know that the consequences can be tragic.
