Either the molecular immunologist is a senior expert who is responsible for his professional statements and may also be prosecuted – for example, for spreading alarmist news or directly blaming doctors for the deaths of thousands of people – see criminal complaint, which was filed against him by the Healthy Forum, or is Mr. Hořejší just a layman and a non-expert, as the representative's statement stated about him, and he is simply - like me - just messing around in the media.
The state prosecutor literally wrote about Mr. Hořejší:
„"The author of the article is essentially arguing with the chosen procedures, moving from one topic to another and, without delving deeper into the issue, mentioning various procedures with possible mention of an unknown source... The author's inferences about the reach and influence of the government's activities in adopting measures, as well as others, are completely lay and without any deeper content. It must be stated that this is one of many outputs within the media scene, where the author, who is not an expert or epidemiologist, evaluates the situation caused by the pandemic, including the causes and solutions he sees."“

In my opinion, quite a fundamental dilemma, right?
An expert who can be prosecuted, or just a talker who, for some reason, the media gives so much space to?
Well, anyway, the prosecutor seems to be clear about this... so he's not an expert. We'll see if the media follows suit.
