So I would like to give it space here again, because there is no room for the truth in most newspapers today. Unfortunately.
Since the beginning of the epidemic, we have been hearing that the biggest risk lies in the overcrowding of hospitals and the collapse of healthcare. ISI For many months, he showed us terrifying graphs of hospital overcrowding and various experts with gloomy faces warned before the collapse of the entire system. When all the prediction models of the "experts" from the ÚZIS, BISOP and MeSES repeatedly failed, the restrictive measures were always justified by the need to prevent the collapse of the healthcare system.
Finally, the numbers are in to show the scale of this disaster. Before you read any further, try to estimate how the number of hospitalizations changed between 2019 and 2020.
Between 2019 and 2020 fell the number of acute hospitalizations by 17.2 percent and in follow-up care by almost nine percent. Yes, you read that right – it has decreased. This is not fake news, because this the data comes from directly from the man who calls himself the "chief of Czech statisticians" - the director of the Institute of Statistics, Ladislav Dušek.
Because they couldn't believe their own eyes and ears, their colleagues requested Healthy Forum information under the Freedom of Information Act directly from health insurance companies. And indeed, the largest Czech health insurance company, VZP, confirms that in 2019 it reimbursed 189 thousand cases of hospitalization in intensive care beds, which is almost the same number as in 2018 (188 thousand cases) and 2017 (190 thousand cases). But in 2020, when the health system was allegedly close to collapse several times, it reimbursed only 171 thousand of these cases. This is a decrease of more than 10 percent. Covid patients accounted for less than 5 percent of all cases of hospitalization in intensive care beds in 2020. The data from other insurance companies is very similar.

Director Dušek on this remarkable information delivers: "This is probably the best indicator of the burden on the hospital system. Acute inpatient care has been declining for a long time because many diagnoses are shifting to the outpatient segment. Over the last ten years, it has fallen by 19 percent, that's roughly two percent per year, and from 2019 to 2020 it fell by almost the same percentage. It's clear that it had to show up somewhere."„
A source of guaranteed true information about coronavirus – Novinky.cz – brought the above news with the headline „Covid almost doubled the number of ICUs“ and in the very first sentence of the article it says „The concerns of politicians and experts this spring about exceeding the capacities of the healthcare system due to the high number of Covid patients were justified.“
I'm so glad I understand now. The hospitals were so overcrowded that they had less people than in previous years.
In the context of this discovery, I understand better the other characteristics of the current pandemic. The terrifying danger that the virus poses to young people (which can only be averted by vaccination) is recognized by the fact that COVID kills less young people before they commit suicide [1]. The effectiveness of vaccines is known by the fact that most newly infected in Israel is fully vaccinated [2]. And the safety of vaccines is known by the fact that the American register The adverse effects of vaccination contain more reports of deaths after the coronavirus vaccine than after all other vaccines in the last 30 years combined [3].
