Not so long ago, I wrote about how the CT Council stated that CT grossly violated its code and the presenter lied on the air.
And today we received the response of the CT board to our next complaint and according to their statement - Czech Television violated its code AGAIN!
„…The Council states that if CT marks someone as a disinformer in the course of performing a public service task it is necessary to document the matter, especially in this day and age when there is a thin line between a lie and an opinion I disagree with. Moreover, viewers do not expect public television to rely on non-profit organizations, which do not have regulations such as the CT Code. By the fact that nothing was documented, and most importantly (!) no space was given to the injured persons published in the report, the Code of the Czech Republic, specifically Article 5.3, was violated. where the emphasis is on “giving space to event actors to express themselves.
The council adds that in cases where an entity is explicitly attacked by the editors and is talked about in a negative light, referring to a small time frame for the representatives of the attacked entities to express themselves is unacceptable.„
It is this manipulative report where CT connected Hello forum with a kind of "disinformation scene" and also directly affected my colleague RNDr. Zuzana Krátká, PhD. and other members of the Healthy Forum.

In Prague on 20 July 2022
Dear Doctor,
On 20 July 2022, the Czech Television Council dealt with your complaint regarding the programme of 5 December 2021, when Czech Television published a report on the spread of disinformation in the Newsroom programme. You complain that in this connection, the website and logo of the civic initiative Zdravé fórum, zs, which you represent, were repeatedly displayed in the report, as well as photographs of people who support this initiative, including a number of experts, such as RNDr. Zuzana Krátká, Ph.D., you as an attorney and others. Moreover, the report even explicitly mentioned the Zdravé fórum initiative as an example of “anti-vaxxer groups”, “spreaders of nonsense and disinformation”.
The Council also had at its disposal the statement of the head of the Planning and Analysis Editorial Office of the Czech Republic, which points to the connection with the website of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, where the ministry disputes some texts that question the return of children to schools under the conditions of testing against Covid, published on the website Zdravé fórum.
He also refers to the opinions of some non-profit organizations that label the Healthy Forum website as disinformation and explains that the representatives of the individual information sources that were mentioned in this column were not contacted due to the time span (several tens of seconds) of this journalistic entry.
The Council notes that if CT, in the course of fulfilling its public service mission, labels someone as a disinformer, it is necessary to substantiate the matter, especially in this day and age, when a delicate line is being drawn between a lie and an opinion with which one disagrees. Moreover, viewers do not expect public television to rely on non-profit organizations that do not have such regulations as the CT Code. By not providing any evidence, and most importantly(!) by not giving space to the injured parties published in the report, the CT Code was violated, specifically Article 5.3, which emphasizes "giving space to the actors of the events to express themselves".

No control, no law mandates to pay and feed CT, so stop paying fees when most of the news is full of lies and manipulation, by paying you are just continuing to unnecessarily feed pLandemia and other media shit. Real true news probably doesn't exist anymore. And we haven't turned on the TV at home for over 10 years. For God's sake, what for and why?! When a meteorite is supposed to fall here, it will fall anyway!
And do your own research and look for unadulterated information, but don't use Google!

Here I would like to express my praise to Mr. Petr Bohuš, who does an excellent job with his analyzes and, among other things, analyzed in detail the report (if it can even be called that) mentioned in the post by the Anti-Czech Television: https://www.modryjelen.com/rozbory-petra-bohuse/nepravdy-ceske-televize-covidove-dezinformace/
The fact that the video was previously reported and deleted as objectionable on the YouTube portal that Mr. Bohuš used for his project called Blue Deer speaks for itself. Now the Blue Deer has been on YouTube for three months, fortunately Mr. Bohuš can provide excellent advice on the technical side.
Admitting that "Czech Television" (what an oxymoron!) violated its code is fine, but it would always be appropriate after such a lapse to broadcast an apology to all those affected and to devote at least the same energy, priority and airtime to it as this institution invested in the reportage to the discrediting of all those who have their own opinion, different from the only permitted truth. That is still from the realm of science fiction, such a very unequal fight is taking place, in which this definitely not impartial medium successfully manages to manipulate a large part of the public.
