Newspapers are expensive in Croatia, Trump and some B-list stars – the notes from the government are very clear – “damage control” (Temín, for media damage mitigation and management…)

So that his voters can imagine it as if someone simply accidentally kicked a switch somewhere in the transmission system and disconnected a cable...
But such a robust transmission network with a backbone and dozens and hundreds of backup lines does not really work, and only a complete fool (probably the TOTAL voter, whom Fiala is targeting...) can really believe the story about one "wire" or "circuit breaker".
And of course the real truth is unacceptable and unpleasant for the Green fanatic Government and the EU!
Of course, what the "desolates" have been warning about for a very long time has happened, and it is simply inevitable and will happen more and more often! When there is simply a lot of sun and wind somewhere (this time it was in Germany, before in Spain), the transmission system cannot handle it and the Germans simply let the huge surge in to us - they wouldn't cause a problem on their own territory, would they...
So it is simply a "coincidence" and another "unrelated" fact that the V411 high-voltage line, where the problem leading to the cascade of outages occurred, is located near the German border.

The main problem will probably be that we "cannot" switch off the excess electricity supplied from RES and our system is not yet fully dimensioned for transit to other parts of Germany and elsewhere? I.e. our previously well-tuned distribution system is obliged to distribute electricity according to the EU, but according to what timetables??? RES are supposed to increase and so far no one wants to produce hydrogen etc. and have any large, for example, storage use. The idea that large electricity consumers will plan their consumption according to RES production is completely wrong, no one is able to guarantee what RES will produce on a specific day and a specific hour. So we keep asking ourselves, where are the EU energy plans??? Our government's energy plan is bad and not detailed.
The cause is the same as in Spain – unfettered power from PV plants pumped into the grid during a time of low demand around lunchtime. PV plant overvoltage is again behind the blackout in the Czech Republic
..when another noon comes, and there will be a hic and a smooch again, and the PV plants will run at full speed again, and in some plants they will turn off several machines and machines at once, there will be another drop in the network, another balancing overvoltage will flow in from another part of the eurogrid, and another phase conductor in the substation or contactor will burn out, it simply doesn't matter. The essential point is that everyone knows that PV systems are a time bomb that explodes suspiciously regularly around noon, on a working day, when the weather is nice and the weather is looking good...

I was waiting for such an explanation for the blackout because I knew on the train from Austria that they were lying to us and that it was due to renewable resources. I just didn't think of Germany.
