On March 20, 2025, the Municipal Court of Appeal ruled in my lawsuit (from October 2023) against Forum24 thus:
- The defendant is ordered to publish the following apology on the website www.forum24.cz within 15 days from the date of entry into force of this decision for a period of 30 days: "We apologize to Mr. Jan Tománek for publishing an article in which we falsely describe him as an anti-vaxxer who rejoiced in the death of the mayor's eighteen-year-old daughter and in which we falsely state that he is a spreader of lies responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of people.", and for the first 24 hours this apology will be published on the main page www.forum24.cz.
- The defendant is ordered to file a complaint within 15 days from the date of entry into force of this decision. send a duly signed apology to the plaintiff at the address of his legal representative, in the form of a registered letter or data message, the following wording: "We apologize to Mr. Jan Tománek for publishing an article in which we falsely describe him as an anti-vaxxer who rejoiced in the death of the mayor's eighteen-year-old daughter and in which we falsely state that he is a spreader of lies responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of people."
- The defendant is obliged to pay the plaintiff the amount 25,000 CZK within 3 days from the legal force of the judgment.
- The defendant is obliged to pay the plaintiff the costs of the proceedings before the courts of both instances. 121,805.50 CZK to the attention of attorney JUDr. Tomáš Nielsen within three days from the date the judgment becomes final.
This judgment is final!
Once again, I would like to thank Tomáš Nielsen and everyone who supported me both financially and mentally, and as I promised, I will donate the awarded money to children, which I will write about again soon.
Let's hope that the swamp is starting to dry up and the endless lying, labeling and blaming of the media will soon end. After all, this lawsuit of mine against Forum24 is far from the only one currently being resolved in court...

Forum24 eventually paid me compensation, even though the gnashing of teeth could be heard all over Prague, and it arrived exactly 13 days later than the court-set deadline! Pohoda – the law doesn't apply to them...
I donated all the awarded money, CZK 25,000, to the Tourist Club in Radotín, where both of our children went from an early age.

These are good Jewish assholes on forum24 and I'm writing this because all you have to do is enlarge their photo of those Khazars and Jews by their faces and it will be clear to anyone who knows for what purpose and for whom they write these hoaxes and lies 🙂 And the stupid goyim will eat them up with a winch and even pay them for those scams..
And also, if you search for the word "CZkotas" on their website, an article about me as a debater on Mr. Tománek's website promoting anti-Semitism will immediately appear! ..I'm just curious, what do they want to refute my text with, e.g. that the "owners" are not Jews? Otherwise, the evidence surrounding ALL so-called "vaccines" is increasing and increasing that it is not WHAT it claims to be...
