Thanks to the great response to the Facebook post regarding masks, I decided to write a sequel and think a little about paragraph 328, which I mentioned in the text.
Section 328 states it very clearly:
„"Whoever unlawfully performs acts that are reserved for a state administration body, a local government body, a court or another public authority, or who performs an act that can only be performed by the official authority of a state administration body, a local government body, a court or another public authority, shall be punished by imprisonment for up to two years."“

And this is exactly what all those agile security guards, salespeople, conductors, drivers, and guards do, who check you and want you to wear a mask or other restraints.
ONLY HYGIENE can check and require a mask – and a security guard, a salesperson, or anyone else simply CANNOT check you – just because: "the boss told him so, that he would be fired from his job, that he had to, that a mask has to be worn, that everyone does it..."„
The paradox is that even the police do not have this authority and cannot „in the name of the law“ require you to wear a mask. They can only write you a misdemeanor and, in an extreme case, they could insist that you do not continue committing the offense.

Talk to those "people's inspectors" and ask them if they know that the boss wants something from them that they can go to prison for two years. And let them ask that boss if he will then go to prison for them for those two years, just because "everyone does it"!
This lack of freedom is not primarily created by the state - we create it among ourselves!
And if they continue their actions, call the police they are threatening, and you, in turn, file a criminal complaint against them, because it is clearly them who are breaking the law, not you!
