On October 14, the European Parliament prepared a special document with the reference number B9-0475/2021, entitled:
Draft resolution of the European Parliament on the establishment of a European Fund for Compensation to Victims of COVID-19 Vaccination.

European Parliament,
– having regard to Rule 143 of its Rules of Procedure,
A. whereas the European Medicines Agency already lists approximately one a million cases of adverse reactions after vaccination COVID-19 vaccines:
– 435,779 cases for the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine,
– 373,285 cases for the AstraZeneca vaccine,
– 117,243 cases with the Moderna vaccine,
– 27,694 cases with the Janssen vaccine
B. whereas these side effects are sometimes serious; whereas serious neurological effects reportedly occurred in approximately 75,000 people after vaccination with the Pfizer vaccine;
C. whereas the European Medicines Agency reports that COVID-19 vaccines have led the way in the European Union to the deaths of approximately 5,000 people:
– 4,198 cases for the Pfizer vaccine,
– 1,053 cases for the AstraZeneca vaccine,
– 392 cases with the Moderna vaccine,
– 138 cases with the Janssen vaccine,
D. whereas the European Commission negotiated the purchase contracts and did not want pharmaceutical laboratories to be held liable; whereas MEPs did not have access to the contracts during the negotiations;
1. Calls on the Commission to establish a fund to compensate victims of COVID-19 vaccination;
2. Instructs its President to forward this resolution to the Commission and the Member States.

It is quite strange that the European Parliament has prepared a resolution on compensation for "vaccination victims", when according to our "experts" and the government, vaccines are safe and tested, there are almost no side effects and no one dies...
I will just add that the official "underreporting" of adverse drug effects is generally around 95% - meaning that only around 5% cases are reported.
This means that you can multiply all these numbers roughly 20 times.

So to sum it up, people would collect tax money from each other (because pharmaceutical companies are contractually exempt from all liability) to compensate each other for officially non-existent harm.
