Civil disobedience! The right to rebel!

I've been putting this off for a long time, but thanks to other government actions - the constant tightening of freedoms, fines and fear-mongering, and other completely pointless, legally incorrect, and bullying measures - I think the time has come.

First of all, don't forget – Our elected government – IS HERE FOR US! And not for us!!!
It's supposed to be our service and we pay for it with our taxes!
There is no "those above" - THESE ARE OUR EMPLOYEES, we're still thinking about it!
The government is not listening, the opposition is completely toothless and completely does not understand the seriousness of the situation - the people have no voice anywhere.

We are each primarily responsible ONLY for ourselves and our health, and no one has an obligation to protect others at the expense of their own health! Those who want to protect themselves should protect themselves, and the government should help risk groups.
What is happening under the guise of a disease with an OFFICIAL mortality rate of 0.3% (National Institute of Health), or 0.23% (WHO) – i.e. only slightly higher than the flu – is therefore a COMPLETELY INADEQUATE interference with our freedoms and rights. This is not a plague epidemic!

Plus another beautiful legal analysis with links:
https://www.extra.cz/komentar-pravnika-covid-podle-oficialnich-dat-neni-tak-nebezpecny-omezeni-jsou-hloupa

By the way, a flu epidemic is declared at 1,700 SICK people per 100,000 inhabitants - with Covid today we are around 400, but ONLY POSITIVELY TESTED - NOT SICK - per 100,000 inhabitants!
There are only 44 hospitalizations per 100,000 inhabitants.
And there's talk again of another lockdown?!

„"Civil disobedience"“ is a completely legitimate means of resistance in a situation where the government is simply failing, its measures are oppressing people's freedoms given by the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, and when people do not find support even from other public authorities.
https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Civil_disobedience

An extreme legal step of disobedience is Article 23 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms: "Citizens have the right to resist anyone who would eliminate the democratic order of human rights and fundamental freedoms established by the Charter, if the activities of constitutional bodies and the effective use of legal means are prevented."„
But BEWARE – we are not at this point yet.

I will only state here that I am not encouraging anyone to do anything and everyone is responsible only for themselves and their actions...
And the second note is that incitement to commit an offense (which is what violating senseless government measures is) is not a crime! The crime of "incitement to commit an offense" does not exist.

Every citizen can participate in civil disobedience.
It can take various forms - whether strikes, or demonstrative REFUSAL and VIOLATION of senseless measures, such as:

Wearing masks in schools is pointless and unhealthy for children:
Make arrangements with parents at school so that the child is not alone...

Or here: http://stavbeznouze.cz/blog/bez-rousky-ve-skolach-dutka-nebo-vylouceni/

Closing of small restaurants and shops. Many of them are already rebelling and have remained open, and although the government is threatening a fine of 3 million crowns, it is UNENFORCEABLE for a legal entity (ATTENTION – for now). Don't be afraid to open – get together!

And you, customers in these "closed" establishments and restaurants?
The Municipal Court has just ruled that customers who are in a restaurant or a store that "should" be closed according to the regulation are NOT committing any offense and therefore cannot be penalized!
So you can support them by visiting closed establishments.

Not wearing masks in inappropriate places – instructions on what and how to deal with the police here.

The right to strike – (probably only makes sense in state institutions) – but on the other hand, it will be some state employees who will probably soon be required to undergo the „voluntary“ vaccination that the government is already preparing and pre-ordering. Even police officers should start to understand that the „voluntary“ vaccination will probably apply to them as well.
By the way, listen to what Blatný said in the Chamber of Deputies – "...I wouldn't say he will be penalized, but whoever gets vaccinated WILL DEFINITELY be favored."„
Which I think is crazy and what we all feared is starting to come true. https://youtu.be/XYQh8ONDOnw

Here is a nice reminder of what these gentlemen claimed about vaccination some time ago - it's worth reading: https://stavbeznouze.cz/blog/kubek-je-pandemie-ale-ockovat-se-nenecham/
Finally, the vaccine appears to be so safe that it is better to vaccinate healthcare workers gradually to avoid paralysis of the system in case of adverse effects...

(We have a detailed article about vaccination ready)

Of course, I'm not discouraging anyone from getting vaccinated - but the point is that it should be a VOLUNTARY AND UNCONDITIONAL RIGHT OF EACH OF US.
To make vaccination voluntary and UNCONDITIONAL with any benefits, an amendment needs to be made to the law, which the Senate will decide on again next Wednesday, December 16th - so WRITE TO THE SENATORS:
https://stavbeznouze.cz/blog/piste-senatorum-k-zakonu-o-ockovani-proti-covid/

It is up to each of us what we let ourselves like and how we decide to act...
But I think it's important to get together!
Parents, teachers, school principals, or even police officers, firefighters, healthcare workers, companies, athletes, artists, restaurants, small shops - when you are not alone, your strength is manifold.
We can join forces, create small groups, for example – if it doesn't work from above, it has to work from below. Everyone can do something.
For example, I have been trying to write and bring like-minded people together since October and show that we are not a bunch of "deniers"„ https://www.zdraveforum.cz – but that alone is not enough today.
Let's not give up and let's not let what we have under the Constitution be taken away! The Constitution is not just a piece of paper.
(The entire text was consulted with constitutional lawyers)

ATTENTION – but where it makes sense, where you can actually endanger someone, let's behave considerately, cautiously and sensibly – just like with any other illness (for example, a flu epidemic).
And again – it still applies that we are each primarily responsible ONLY for our own health and the health of our children!

But let's not let our freedom be taken away and bound by meaningless regulations that border on unconstitutionality. But I fear that what is really at stake is whether we will preserve the free world as we knew it.

The government is turning us into incapable citizens who need to be watched and led by the hand. I feel like during the Velvet Revolution, when our parents shouted at the communist Štěpán – WE ARE NOT CHILDREN!!!

Come together, unite, talk to those who don't have internet. It's time to speak LOUD and let the government know what you think!
It's up to each of us to stop being silent and not just share the text! Every voice counts!
