How to survive in today's crazy times with the remnants of reason

I've written down some of my advice and recommendations that I try to follow so that our family can survive everything in good health.

Children
1) Under no circumstances should you give up on the rituals that children had in their normal lives. Of course, this also applies to you adults!
Don't allow them (and yourself) to go to online school in their pajamas, in bed, or with their teeth not brushed.
Rituals are fundamental – prisoners in prison camps already knew this, and it was rituals that often helped them survive.
2) Focus on school – I think the camera is not the enemy of children – on the contrary, it will help with some last bit of concentration. This is an appeal to both parents and especially teachers – want to see your children!
3) Encourage any contact with friends as much as possible – invite friends over and let the children visit. This is extremely important for the psyche of children!
4) Go outside for at least a little while every day – if you can't go to the playground with your friends for an hour, then at least take a walk with you.

Adults
1) Work! – Don't let the job you enjoy be taken away – don't resign from your profession and fight the crap!
(Maybe a chance to reflect on your life, whether you are really doing what you enjoy.) – If not, change it!
2) No news – if you had a ritual of watching TV news at 7pm, in order to preserve your last bit of strength, I recommend cutting it out completely. I used to watch the news myself, but I haven't done so for more than half a year and it's really great. (Play a game with your kids instead).
A good movie, music, and book are also great friends. 😉
3) Don't follow news sites that spread propaganda, muck, and fear (unfortunately, most of them are these days).
4) When a piece of news catches up with you, look at it with common sense, or I recommend letting it go in one ear and out the other.
5) Don't follow and solve government DOGS and other stupid things. Let them solve them themselves - just live normally!
6) Go outside – at least for an hour’s walk every day. (Don’t drive everywhere – it’s okay!)
If you have a garden – physical activity is great for boosting immunity and relaxing the brain.
7) Outdoor sports – if possible, I try to ride my bike for at least an hour. If it’s not wet and icy, you can do this even in winter. (My hands get a little cold below zero, but gloves solve that… 😉
If you like to run, that's also great, or at least exercise by an open window.
I've been practicing the 5 Tibetans every morning for years - great for my back. I recommend it!
8) Outside with NO RAG over your mouth! – Any rag for children is a CRIME!
9) If you have time, dedicate yourself and your family to doing what you enjoy.
10) Go on long trips to nature on the weekend – go with the whole family and at least 10-15 km.
11) Important intake of vitamins (C, D, E, K2), healthy diet, herbal teas + sun!
12) When you're outside, try to smile at people and, on the contrary, DO NOT avoid them and start talking to them.
13) Treat yourself to some little joy, laugh, sing and be cheerful.
14) Stick together as a family and support each other. If you still have any friends left, hang out with them…

MY BOOKS ABOUT FREEDOM AND THE TIMES WE LIVE IN

(Of course, if you are sick or not feeling well, don't go anywhere and don't invite anyone over - but I think that's a normal and time-tested rule)

And most importantly!
No extreme snacking and overeating! This applies mainly to children, but also to you!
When children have less exercise and eat and snack as they used to, they can easily start to gain weight. And that, unlike Covid, is really bad for children. DANGEROUSLY!!!
For adults, be careful with alcohol and if you smoke, maybe it's time to quit.

It's really not fun and this home lifestyle without exercise can really hurt you, and especially your children, and destroy the immunity you had and after a year of this forced government effort to exterminate the entire nation, you can be struck down by a virus and illness that you overcame completely healthy a year ago!

You will best support my work buys books,
if you don't read, you can and otherwise...
